A Haunting We Will Go

Halloween is just 4 months away, and it’s not too soon to start planning the entertainment for your party. Every year, Philemon has a special client whom asks for something new each time, and Philemon never leaves them disappointed. So for 2010, Philemon offers a special “ghost hunting show” that is guaranteed to raise the hairs on the back of your neck and leave you wondering if you’ve made contact with the “other side.”

Philemon will begin the entertainment with a display of modern electronic ghost hunting equipment; EMF detector, digital thermometer, infrared video camera, electronic voice recorder, etc., and shows the proper usage of each in a ghost hunting expedition. Of course, depending on the venue, don’t be surprised if phenomenon begins to manifest during the demonstration!

Then, using a special deck of cards called the Konxari (from the Egyptian word ‘konxar’ meaning ‘to speak with the dead’), Philemon will attempt to communicate with any otherworldly entities that may be present, and discover who they are, what is their reason for being there, when did they pass over, where are they most likely to manifest, why are they haunting the place, how are they attempting to communicate, the problem that they are facing, and the solution to helping them “go into the light.”

Finally, Philemon displays some artifacts recovered from a famous insane asylum that operated since the early 1900s, and attempts to make direct contact with one of the deceased inmates that is still attached to these special curios.
